It is required reading for carbine shooters. Use the search feature on the book name and you will find a nice discussion about it. All good.

I bought it (from BravoCompanyUSA) and I think it is a must have for anyone with an M-4 type rifle.

Very good book, lots of good info.

Someone called it the "Kama Sutra" of shooting positions.

(This is NOT a slam on the book)

"good book, good info"

what makes it good ? what is written that has not been written before ?

what good info, that has not been covered in many other AR-15/M16/M4 books and magazine articles ?

is there a place where we can read about the contents, how many chapters ? how many pages ?

i will most likely buy it just to add to my collection of AR-15/M16 books.

i purchased it back when it was released. i dont have any formal training or even any prior reading to weigh this against but it was helpful to say the least and i intend to read it a few times as i read through it quickly.

OldNavy-
There is a pretty lengthy discussion of the book down in the Training / Tactics forum. Good book.

If your going to get an AR book, let it be the Green Eyes, Black Rifle. A very good book. Well worth the money!!!
