An e-mail from BarackObama.com invites people to share their gun violence stories and reasons for supporting stronger gun control measures.

The “From” window of the e-mail says, “Sami Rahamim,” though replies go to info@barackobama.com.

In the e-mail, Rahamim explains that one of his parents died as a result of gun violence:

“My dad, Reuven Rahamim, was killed this past September in a mass shooting. I was 17 years old, one of 15 children who lost a parent that day. I'm honoring his memory -- and those of many others who have fallen -- by doing something about gun violence.”

“Share your story,” he invites readers and provides a link to a submission page ( http://www.barackobama.com/stories/share-your-story ) on the barackobama.com website.

Another page on the website displays "stories about gun violence," ( http://www.barackobama.com/stories/gun-violence/all/all/3/ )attributing the author’s first name, last-name initial and hometown.

I'd sure hate to see a bunch of pro-gun people spam poor Barry's website with stories of how guns have saved lives.

This was a fired employee who pulled his handgun on two of his bosses in their office, they both struggled with him and he was still able to shoot both of them, 1 fatally, before then encountering Mr. Rahamim who had come to see what the commotion was. Mr. Rahamim was the company owner. The killer then went on to kill and wound several others including a UPS driver before killing himself. He was reported to have carried a 9mm Glock with 2 STANDARD CAPACITY 15 round magazines. He is also reported to have changed mags and dropped the first one before it was empty. His parents and family say he had become paranoid and had severed almost all contact with them in the past 2 years.

I'm very sorry that the business owner and none of his employees could protect themselves or others. I will learn from their mistakes and will not be disarmed or allow others to decide how many rounds I "need".

If it saves even one life...

...repealing the NFA, GCA, and FOPA is worth it.

Maybe I should post there about this nut down the street when I was in Delaware. There were some trash cans banging around one night and suddenly this guy appears on a balcony dragging his screaming wife out there yelling at her to "Shoot both barrels in the general direction of that racket!!" The entire neighborhood scattered and I heard someone comment that Crazy Joe was at it again.

You mean "Give em both barrels Joe"?
