**Updated 5/17/13

I've decided to move everything to the RTI system for the obvious benefits it provides, however I'm not finding anything in concrete about a PPQ holster that will work the RTI system.

G Code does not make one, black hawk is out of the question, and I can't find anything concrete on PPQ's and safariland holsters. I've seen people put the PPQ in a P99 safariland 6378, but I don't know if the holes line up for the RTI adapter plate. Any insight, or better yet anyone who has done this sucessfully?

**Updated**

I went ahead and ordered a couple Off the Grid MKIII light/no light compatible holsters, one for a glock 19 and one for the PPQ. I just got them a couple of weeks ago and overall impression is that they are of good quality. They use the larger RTI hanger to spread out the pressure put on the kydex from being attached to the RTI wheel which I like.
The other cool thing about these is that they come with a crossbar to tighten the tension so that you can use the holster without a light which is nice, however I haven't used it this way much but it seems to work just fine and retention is solid. You can always add a small washer or something to tighten up the bar if you wanted to.

The owner at OTG was great. I had a few questions and things I wanted done and he helped me sort it out and modified the holsters for me. The biggest thing is that I have a tlr1 with a SW99 key that I previously sanded down in order to make the TLR1 sit much closer to the trigger guard than the standard 1913 key. I explained what I did to it, and he said he had a few extra keys laying around and would modify it to make the holster how I needed it free of charge.

Last weekend I attended Haley Strategic's Disruptive Environments class. It was 3 days and apprx 11hrs a day, of which the first day we had about a 1/2"+ of rain. I had originally planned on taking the PPQ, but since it had already been through a few classes and I am currently switching over my EDC to a glock 19, I ran it instead. I used the OTG holster for the last 1 1/2 days, most of which was in and out of cars with seatbelts, around cover, prone, etc...the holster held up great. If you need a light compatible holster that will fit with the g code RTI system, I wouldn't hesitate to give OTG a look.

I'm a big G Code and RTI fan. They do make a Safariland RTI adaptor.

As for another holster made with an RTI plate check out Off The Grip Concepts.

MM had a nice review.

I'm thinking about trying one of their light comparable models.

Check out http://www.furycarrysolutions.com/index.html. They don't list the PPQ specifically but say to email to see if it can be acquired.

Can't comment on quality as ordered about 2 weeks ago so got another week or so hopefully until it arrives.

You can order with RTI adapter which is why I ordered to try out and see how well it works. When arrives I'll be able to comment on retention and such.

Thanks for the options guys. I think I will call OTG tomorrow and give them a try.

Anyone have experiece with their "light / no light" holsters? I'm wondering how good the retention/reliability is when not using a light.

Please report back. I see a PPQ in my future and would also like an RTI setup (as well as IWB).

I updated the first post with some pics and thoughts on the OTG holster, hope it helps.

That looks like a good set-up.

I have a Blade-Tech OWB holster - specific for the PPQ M2 - that should show up next week. (I'm told it will ship Monday). Also coming is BT's attachments for mounting to an HSGI MOLLY belt.

I "think" it will be fairly easy to switch from belt to MOLLY or to change holsters on the HSGI, but I'll have to see when it gets here.

has anyone had good luck with the safariland als adapter? i remember reading someone was having problems when fitting the adapter to a safariland als holster.

i need to get a g17/rmr compatible safariland holster. would be great if the als adapter worked as advertised as i am running quite a few G-code RTI wheels.
