I just purchased my second GLOCK it is a G22 RTF. (rough textured frame) W/ GILLS. What a sweet gun and it has a great look to it. Cant wait to pick it up and take it to the range. Anyone else have one and how do you like those grips ?

My dad has one and while neither of us like the gun, I like the grip and would prefer it over a standard one on a G19 if I didn't want to stipple my gun.

I have a couple 19's and a 23C. IMO the RTF2 is the best texture Glock has come out with.

The RTF2 is brutal for carrying, but its the only factory texture I wouldn't alter.

from my collection. As others have said/implied, they're not kidding when they say ROUGH texture. The finish is abrasive, particularly for IWB without an undershirt in between, but for owb, duty holster, nightstand or other external use they're awesome, IMHO.

I must have contacted 30-40 dealers / pawn shops / tiny gun stores to find my last one last year. If you're looking for one today, search on GB - there are a number of RTF2s for sale NIB now, including several G19s and G17s, as well as a number of G22s.
