NY shotgun legality

Anyone know if this is ok or if its a no no in NY now?
Remington 870 pump, 7 rd internal capacity, collapsible stock and pistol grip. I can't seem to find an answer. The SAFE hotline says yes but I've now heard they are unreliable.

Its fine. Pumps and bolt guns are not constrained by the scary feature nonsense.

I thought the pistol grip made it "military style" therefore illegal.

But im clear in Oregon and NOT up on every crazy "law" they passed.
That just caught my eyes when they were talking about it because i have one of those "knoxx specops recoil-reducing stock" with adjustable stock and pistol grip on my 590a1.

I though how dumb that would be "outlawed" yet my 835 Ulti-Mag
that can shoot 3.5" magnum Steel Shot or 3.5" magnum slugs would
somehow be the "legal" one. :confused:

Only applies to semi-autos, you are good to go.
