I bought two of these last week, wife says I can't keep both.

Gun has not been fired.

A few things. First, I had switched the sights to a FO front and 10-8 rear, but changed them back to stock to sell. In the process, the Trijicon lettering rubbed off the rear, but thats it. No dings, scratches, etc. The discoloration in the picture is oil, I had just cleaned off a few brass marks right before taking the picture.

Second, there is a small wear mark on the slide under the dust cover from hand-cycling. I asked about it on a different forum and was told this is common, and that it is only a cosmetic issue. However, if it bothers you Springfield Armory has the best Customer Service in the business and will take of it.

Third, I modified the slide stop with a small notch that sits on the plunger during reassembly to prevent an idiot scratch, the slide stop can just be pushed straight in instead of having to push in the plunger first. It does not affect the longevity of the part and is very handy. Just mentioning for full disclosure.

I sold the 2 mags that came with it when I planned on keeping it, so I am throwing in 2 CMC 8 round Power Mags, new in the wrapper.

This is a very nice pistol, and the trigger pull on it is great. These are the best deal going for a duty-ready 1911. I know these are hard to find, but I just want back what I paid for it. I have seen them go for $1500 on Guns America, I am asking $1150 shipped to your FFL. USPS MO only. No trades. I have over +30 on another ar-15 related website under Casimir_Pulaski.

Thanks for looking.

Spot where its rubbing, flash makes it look worse than it is:
