Salient Arms, Who has dealt with them lately?

I've read nothing but good about their work and their service but I've being trying to get ahold of them for a week and still haven't had an answered call it returned voicemail/email from them?

I'd like to think by the reviews I've read about them that this is put of the ordinary for them but I'm starting to wonder?

Just my highly unprofessional opinion....but, after browsing their site and looking at Glock package options, their branding and marketing just looks juvenile. Five different trigger options with names like Destro, Cartel, and OG? I'm by name means a professional trigger puller, but seriously?

Well after I spoke with them I can see why. I got an "elitist" attitude from the guy I spoke with and after literally calling for twice a day for a week. I don't doubt that they do great work but I just wanted some millwork done on a glock but they only offer tiered complete packages with upgrades... No down grades.

I would like a rmr'd tier 2 17 from them though
