View Full Version : M&P 9mm Shield owners (pics)
While cleaning my SW-MP 9 shield I noticed something a little different with the position of the recoil spring seat than what I’m use to seeing in my M&P 40sw & 45acp. The weapon ran like a champ at the range, but is this anything to be concerned about or is it all in the design?

That's what mine looks like. I wouldn't worry about it, personally.

Check out mine. I emailed S&W, today, to make sure this wasn't an issue. Mine looks pretty screwy.

(posting to add round count) 1k + and counting with a spring that looks just like that, no issues.... nada.... zip. Just go shoot the focker, it likes it. If I could find more ammo, I'd be shooting it even more.
