I have a PSA premium CHF 20" govt upper (1/7 twist), and I'm extremely happy with the quality.
Some people have reported canted fsb's on some uppers, but mine was on the money out of the box.
Accuracy-wise, I have only put 50 or so rounds of M193 through it, but was satisfied with the initial results.

Others may chime in, but I would say my PSA upper is gtg.

There have been lots of discussions about PSA. Using the orange search button above should give you a list of threads to read

"tiers" are like "stages" in car modification- meaningless

I'm happy with mine. Just put 200 rounds through the one on my new build this afternoon.

If their uppers are built to the same quality as their lower parts, you couldn't give me one.

Mine has been perfect for the 1200~ rounds I've run through it. It started life as a dissipator, and I didn't notice anything wrong with the FSP. I recently put a 15" Alpha rail on it, and I love it even more. Accurate, reliable, and cheap, what more could you want?
