Why the hate for Ruger Semi Auto's?

I have a P95 and while its not ideal for CC it is reliable and accurate. I ask because I have read almost all good about the SR9 and SR9c but on here no one likes them at all. Please elaborate on why. Thanks Dom.

Mags cost a ton. Also, people seem to hate mag disconnect safeties as much as grip safties.

Ruger p series pistols are good value for the money but the reality is people seek better features despite the costs.

On this board, some brands will never stop being the "flavor of the month". In the case of glock it's more like flavor of the quarter century. The ruger sr series will never join that club.
