These come OEM/standard with the TAG Banshee PC (http://www.tacticalassaultgearstore.com/bansheerifleplatecarrier.aspx) to connect the front and back PC's if you do not use the cummerbund. I do not know if these can be bought or not, there is nothing on their website about them.
