No Parts!

So I my dad and I are building our first AR. We understand everything but the parts we want are out of stock at EVERY dealer. I'm sure this has something to do with the AWB scare. Is there any way around this?

Knowing a FFL holder can really help. It took me about 3 months to finish mine between shopping online and having a few connections. White Oak Armament actually had a lot of lower parts in stock and were great to work with
