I ordered a suppressor last week and I'm trying to assemble my options for a threaded barrel on my Gen4 Glock 19. I did some research and decided on the M13.5x1 threading, and would rather not 'have to' switch to 1/2x28. I know Glock OEM barrels are solid but if I'm unable to find them in stock, what are my other options? It looks like LWD and some others dont make barrels with that thread pattern.

You are probably better off asking this question in the NFA section. What is the thread pattern for your suppressor? I would think that should dictate your barrel selection.

Yeah I may do that, couldn't decide which forum was more appropriate lol. My suppressor can have several different thread patterns, I chose to go with the one mentioned.

I wouldn't go with anything but OEM. Even if i had to wait it out.

Sending you a couple IM's on possible vendors.

This is a factory 19 threaded in M13.5x1. I have a GLock 17 factory barrel but I forgot where I purchased it...Let me know if Adventure Outdoors is in stock because I may pick one up too!

Out of stock there as well, but I will keep my eye on them!

If you can't go OEM...
Storm Lake and Jarvis both offer metric threaded barrels for the 19.
I've had very good success with Storm Lake barrels and I would order one from them if I needed one.

StormLake's metric threaded barrels are not correctly profiled and might have issues, read up about it, here are 2 links to start you off, the first link has a good comparison picture while the second is a list of thread blueprints that AAC put out for industry standardization, scroll down to page 11, you may want to just wait for a OEM.

Okay, I went ahead and put an order in for the Storm Lake barrel in black. Hopefully it works out but if not, I've heard positive things about their CS. I called the places with OEM barrels and they said they had no idea when they'd be back in stock. I placed the order for the barrel through Silencer Shop; you'd they'd have run into this issue before if it were still a problem. We'll see, and I'll keep everyone updated.
