This 80% lower forging is 7075-T6 Aluminum forged at 67,000 PSI. The forging was done by Cerro Forge and machined by tactical Machining. All that is needed to complete the forging is as follows:
1. Fire control group pocket
2. Hammer and trigger pin holes
3. Safety/selector hole
There are plenty of videos and tutorials that can be found online that will show you how to complete this receiver with a drill press or mill. Since this is not a firearm the forging DOES NOT require an FFL and is not serialized. It can be shipped directly to you. It can be finished in any caliber (accepted by the AR Platform) and as a pistol or rifle.
