Have to ask as I just ordered an AK-74. Been wanting a true AK (I have the Sig 556r) and I have a slight soft sport for the 74.

I thought 5.45 was still available until it seems I ordered my rifle.

Any skinny when imports of this will start coming back in? 7.62x39 is still to be had. Really want to get brown bear, tula, or wolf for my inital firing phase before I go corrosive.

Fleet Farm in Wisconsin. 5.45x39 & 7.62x54 haven't moved at all, that I noticed, during any of the panic. Although, I don't own either of those calibers so I don't pay much attention. I just keep seeing the same dusty tins taking up space when I'm browsing around.

The Fleet Farm by me was out the last time I was there(a week ago) and thats the first time I've seen them out of 5.45.

I'd love to build a Bulgy 74, but the original barreled kits are inflated now, and CHF barrels are scarce.
