I'll never understand this fascination with celebrity political views. They're people like everyone else and like the rest of the population their views vary from one to another. Some of them are very thoughtful about their politics and some have POVs without putting any relevant thought into it whatsoever. Some are very intelligent and some are dumber than a blade of grass. Sound like the population in general? It should because that's all they are, just people. Just because they make movies or music doesn't make their opinions any more relevant than anyone else's.
