Just wanted to get some opinions of the Troy Battle Rail Drop-In CAR/M4 rail. I'm thinking about putting one on my PSA upper. It will mainly be to accommodate a light.

I have a Troy Free Float not drop in, and is built solid. Troy has great rails you cant go wrong.

If you're just using a light, you should consider just getting a Magpul MOE handguard and then installing a Magpul Scout Mount or Illumination Kit on it. Way cheaper, and more ergonomic.

If you insist on using a rail, the Troy is an excellent choice. The only thing I would take over a Troy would be a KAC RAS or a DD Omega... the KAC RAS can usually be found about about $100 on ARFCOM or here, or on Ebay. I love my RAS.
