Too expensive for my tastes. If people have the cash to pay double of what the ammo is worth they should be writing checks to a pro second amendment organization. The antis are not loosing by much. Reality check.

$318/1200 rd case a year ago.

I think I'll hold off a little longer.

If I was spending $689 today, it would be for a Dillon 550.

ETA: Not meaning to come off like a dick. Thanks to the OP for the heads up, I'm sure there are more than a few folks that are pretty anxious to get their hands on some ammo, even at the higher price.

I whole heartedly agree it is over priced, and no offense taken by me at all. Usually I don't bother to post available ammo, but if I was looking to buy... this would be the M193 I'd want most.

I remember when Winc. Q3131A was $1.99 / box.... those were the good ole' days....:laugh:

Why do they require you to be 21 to purchase rifle ammo?

They don't want to have to figure out if you're ordering pistol or rifle ammo since some calibers are sort of ambiguous, 9mm but being used in a carbine, for example. They just say 21 for everything. There are other vendors who do the same thing.

It is gone. Good ammo but too much for my budget. This shit is getting old. I am sure glad that I have always bought a little all the time. I am not hurting but I sure don't like having to ig into some of my stash.

There isn't a cartrige with a 55 grain bullet worth that price. I'd have upped the price another $100 per case... but Wideners doesn't have a history of gouging idiots.

Almost all the ammo i used to buy is double the price, I really hope things go back down, otherwise I am going to really reconsider my training and shooting habits

This same IMI M193 is being sold by Federal under there Independence brand and is going for $6.99 to $7.99 per 20rds.

Bass Pro got a huge shipment of the Independence branded IMI a couple of months ago. They were selling it at $10 / 20.

was it really $318/1200 a year ago? I find that hard to believe. I watch wideners pretty close and buy too much stuff from them, but the best ammo deals I saw from them last year were $330/1000 for the PRVI M193.

They have bumped their price a good bit. I bought 2 cases of the IMI 193 from wideners for $550/1200 on Jan 20 of this year, near the height of the hysteria.

It was. I don't remember exactly what I paid but it was less than 4 bills for the 1200 rd case.
