FTS Mount for Eotech 557

First of a little back ground... I am an MP currently deployed in Iraq. I recently bought the Eotech 557 and the 4x Magnifier with the FXD mount for my M4 and was wondering where I could get the FTS mount that Eotech makes for the magnifier. I got the FXD one because I could not pass up on the price offered. I appreciate all the the help. Thanks
