No advice? I need to cover up blued steel, a silver trigger, the tactical innovations anodized green and black.

It looks good in the picture :)

I am not sure on the refinishing of it. I have only rattled canned my AR's and 870.

It would look nice in black too.

Cerakote or if you want to go crazy, try some hydrographics.

If you want it to look pretty, Cerakote has been very good to people.

I don't see anything ugly about that at all. Useful,no doubt.
Just 'choot it.:D

Looks good to me.

Looks fine. However, if you're set on re-finishing it, then I would suggest Cerakote.

Looks purposeful to me and so it also looks good, IMO. I like well worn, actually look like they are used, firearms.

Give it the Krylon touch.

Don't forget to mask off the SN on the can (of course).

Cerakote, tons of color options and very durable.

Looks fine the way it is. Hell, part of Glocks' charm is that they are ugly and that thing is purtier than a Glock.

It looks fine to me, but if you want, I would go with cerakote.

I think it looks awesome.

I guess the ugly just isn't coming through in the picture... I'n person, the grodyness of those colors really pops. The Pac Lite upper looks like lime green, and sitting on top of the faided blue is just grody.

I'll look in to cerekote.

Expensive, durble = Cerakote

Cheap = Krylon it.

Well there are a lot of in between there. I'm wanting to do it myself, and so far that doesn't seem to be an option with Cerekote. I'm already a krylon expert, but what I'm wanting to start doing is using smoething else as a base coat and just using krylon to add the pattern.

that thing is awesome! I would leave it as is... but if you want to paint it I would go krylon

A gun that shoots that well can look however it wants. Mutts always make the best dogs! I love it!

Found a guy that does Cerakote local, just messaged him about it

Sounds like you are determined to modify, but if it were mine (it's not I know) I'd leave as is...looks nice from the pic.

I was expecting a Glock but that Ruger takes the cake...

Honestly, I'd choose one or the other. If you're going to Krylon it, just re-do it everytime it gets worn out. No real need for a base coat.

BUT if you have the cash Cerakote is pretty stellar stuff.

Very cool! I have to move out NJ someday and experience the joy of owning a suppressed firearm.

Wouldn't touch it at all, just throw a x300 on it

That thing is a POS, Sell it to ME! :D I like it as is too but sounds like you found a guy locally to hook you up. I've wanted one of those uppers for quite a while but can never seem to find one in stock. I bought a 22/45 with the threaded end and it works but your upper is what I really wanted, especially with the lower rail.

Keep us posted with new photos!

Krylon or nothing, I think it looks great
