funny side note. Mythbusters gave a car a bunch of consistently sized golf ball dimples and tested aerodynamics vs a regular car. the golf ball car actually showed a significant improvement in gas milage. Makes you wonder why no one has done that to a car yet, or even a boat hull?

Now used car dealers will be able to start charging extra for "aerodynamically enhanced" hail-damaged vehicles.
