Saw this shared on another forum, in a post titled “A Special Kind of Stupid.”

Probably the most amazing thing is that the paper used cartridge instead of bullet.


A man who tried to shoot a squirrel for dinner by taping a .40-caliber cartridge to a BB gun was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds after the cartridge exploded, Gainesville police reported.

And just how big was the squirrel?

I had a Crossman 760 when I was a kid and that thing could punch a BB through a garbage can. And I found a 12 gauge shotgun shell one day while strolling a country road and shot the primer, causing the shell to discharge ... and never did that again. :)
