View Full Version : Tent Pole Replacement
After 6 years it finally happened. One of my fiberglass tent poles finally cracked. As much as I'd like to buy a new one man tent, I'm figuring that it would be cheaper to replace my pole. So I went to use my google fu and am dumbstruck
What do you guys do when you have to replace a pole? All I need is a pole that is 6' in over all length, 5 sections of 15-1/2", and is 1/4" in diameter. Should it be this hard or is my brain just fried.

I was curious as well as I've had this happen to one of my tents as well.

All the camping gear replacement parts you will ever need.
They also have material to make your own outsoors gear. Place is a gold mine for those of us who are outdoorsy!
Walmart probably has a replacement pole section. You don't have to replace the whole pole, just the busted section.

Thank you, for that link, prices are pretty good also!
I have been keeping all our scout troops gear in order (as well as my own) and rebuilt/replaced many a tent pole.
They have a ton of great stuff and parts that can be hard to find.
Thanks again.
