To me it looks like a MPX built up for the 5.56 round. The upper is compatible with any standard AR lower.
I wouldn't mind putting some rounds through one.
Goddamnit, Sig.
Your recent interesting products combined with your lackluster QC is giving me some SERIOUS conflict.
Probably effective, but she sure ain't pretty...
I would buy one if it was in 9mm, had a 6" barrel, and took glock mags.
The QC on the AR based product line seems to be good, markedly better than the QC track record on the 556.
I think this new rifle will be interesting. If it is truly a drop-in replacement for an AR15 upper and they have an engineering solution to allow fullauto function on a fullauto lower, I will definitely pick one up to run on my M16 lower. Granted it appears you lose the wire-type collapsible stock if used with a standard lower. But this is not a big deal.
Definitely intriguing to say the least.

I have played with a couple of their piston driven AR's to include a 7" PDW upper. I have found them to be reliable and accurate.

That looks nice. I'm interested in a closer look at the internals.
I'm interested. Now to find that spare lower...

2 out of 3 will get you an MPX

If you think any large company would design a long gun to take their competitors handgun magazines, well you're the most hopeful person I've ever met.

I agree glock mags would be sweet but aren't the mags being made by Lancer? Isnt the general consensus that Lancer mags are GTG?
For the Mpx, not talking about the halo.
