Just hit up my local Ace Hardware, SW corner of Indian School & 32nd St in Phoenix. They've got a pretty hefty chunk of primers in stock, mostly CCI and Winchester. Prices are about in line with the current trend, between $40 and $45 per 1000 depending on type.

Hmmm... How quick do they put the product out? About that same time? I might be near there today.. at that time. :p

Yep about that same time. I try to get there by 1430 or so. The guy there said they had powder last time as well, but sold out in a few minutes. Primers and ammo were still well stocked the next day.

If you don't mind, please let me know if they've got any powder.

Doesn't look like I'll be able to go. I'll be passing by too early.

Check Brunos though. They've got Benchmark 1s, H322 8s, and a few others in stock. You can buy online and pick it up in person.

Bummer. I've been trying to avoid Bruno's, as their prices suck. I may have to bite my tongue and hit them up for some specific powders (Power Pro 2000 MR, Varget), but I'd prefer not to.

Well, no powder at the Ace today. One of the guys there said they had been 'cut off' from powder, but didn't have time to elaborate as they had a huge line at the checkout counter.

They did have a few boxes of primers left, small pistol (regular and magnum) and large rifle (regular and magnum). Mostly Winchester, some CCI and a single 1k box of Federal small pistol.

They had PPU M193 for $.55/rd, and a giant box full of 60rd SureFire mags for $90 each.

It's not a price shopper's market. I hear you though... ;)

Still, not as bad as Guns Etc down in Chandler. They wanted $200 for an 8lbs jug of Win296 :P

Brunos is quoting a two week lead time on processing orders. Does that apply to pickup orders as well? They're not answering their phones anymore, and I'd rather not drive all the way to Deer Valley just to turn back empty-handed :P
