Arsenal SLR106CR for a Glock 22 RMR'D

I have a Glock 22 Gen. 3 that has been RMR's by Mark @ L&M. And have a guy that has a Arsenal SLR106CR that only has about 20rds. threw it and was purchased in Dec. of last year. He wants to trade straight up for my Glock 22 with a Trijicon RMR06 Adjustable, Trijicon Suppressor NS, (4) 15rd. mags and Surefire X300.
I'm sort of on the fence.
Would you trade or keep the Glock?
