I have a Barrett M107A1 that needs some rings so I can throw on a NF NXS 5.5-22x56.

What rings are recommended?

I've heard a lot of good about these AADMOUNT Triple Lug Rings (http://www.aadmount.com/TLRings/TLRings.html)

They also have a regular one piece scope mount that seems very stout as well.
