Save them to about 850pixels wide, save on a website. I use www.photobucket.com Then post your pic by putting the actual URL of the pic

I use Tinypic. Totally free, doesn't have their name on your photo, and no links back to your ISP or personal photo host domain. Uses their storage/bandwidth.
