So in your opinion which would you perfer out of the 2 magazines that I listed in the title?
Why would you choose one over the other?
I know there is a big cost difference between the two.

I would choose neither. Cost is not worth minimal benefit.

I agree but I do find the Surefire interesting.

Neither. Buy a 10-pack of 30-round Pmags for the same price.

I have not used either, agree with previous posters on cost vs benefit.

As a toy that'll piss off the antis, I say go ahead and get the surefire. I've never seen a xm-15 drum mag. They both gotta be heavy as hell though.

I have a Surefire 60-rounder which works well enough for me not to toss it in the trash though it has failed me once in competition (IPSC Rifle) when I was using it as a magpod.

The X-15 seems more reliable but it's a LOT heavier than the Surefire (or 3-4 30-rounders,) and a lot more expensive as well.

Get a couple of 10-packs of 30-rounders instead.
