Current M&Ps good to go?

I believe I saw discussions on improvements made to recent production M&P9's. So my question is to those who have experienced these samples, are they completely good to go with no internal modifications needed (ie. Apex parts, new barrel, etc). Hopefully we can reach a point where the only mods needed are sights and grip texturing.

I saw that thread, but didn't get a straight answer out of that one. I just gathered that it's better than in the past, but not sure if it's sufficient enough to not need replacement parts for most people.

Mine seems GTG. It has the SW seer similar to the Apex, the barrel is very tight in the slide, the trigger reset is obvious and very distinct.
