What constitutes best? Most accurate? Longest lived? Best bang for the buck?

They're all excellent barrels and you will be well served with any of those listed. Differences are splitting hairs IMO, and there really is no "best". They're all pretty similar, in that Noveske and BCM use FN barrel blanks. Centurion may as well, but I am not sure on that account.
