I have a Springfield Armory 10-8 Operator for sale.
This pistol was part of a very small "limited edition" run of pistols commissioned by Hilton Yam of 10-8. I was lucky enough to get in on this run of guns, but have decided to sell it. 25 rounds through it.

This gun answers the call for a more affordable but highly capable duty ready 1911.
This pistol bridges the gap between the production TRP grade guns and the Custom Shop’s full blown builds. The pistol starts with a matched slide and frame set, hand selected for optimum fit. These pistols are built in the Custom Shop by Springfield’s expert smiths, and feature FIVE times the hand work and fitting of the production TRP (which is NOT built in the Custom Shop). This attention makes these pistols truly special and of exceptional quality at any price.
The pistol has the following features:
-Springfield Operator frame with shortened dust cover
-Front and rear cocking serrations on slide
-TRP one piece stainless barrel, with stainless barrel bushing.
-Standard GI spec guide rod/plug
-20 lpi front strap checkering
-Springfield Armory Swenson style ambi safety
-Flat head grip screws & mag catch lock
-10-8 Performance rear sight, .325” height LoMount dovetail, .125” U notch; hand dehorned
-Springfield front sight, serrated ramp, tritium insert without outline
-10-8 Performance flat trigger
-10-8 Performance Diamondback logo grips, tan Micarta
-Springfield Armory extended magazine catch
