Or so they don't get mixed up with the next guy.......
Don't the Cartels down there sort of "own" the top players and officials.
I seem to recall a player being killed for either missing a goal or missing saving a goal several years ago.
Well the UK guys always tell me their football is rougher than our American Football.... Hard to argue with that now.

Glad I was never shanked by any of the refs I lipped-off to back in the day.
Police say enraged spectators invaded a soccer field, stoned the referee to death, and quartered his body after he fatally stabbed a player.
Ok so wheres the first part on why the ref stabbed a player to death?

The two got into a fist fight, then da Silva took out a knife and stabbed Abreu, who died on his way to the hospital. The two got in a fight. He must have been losing and knifed the guy.
