According to Mike at RogTac, Noveske has temporarily halted orders for 14.5" uppers. He said they will focus on 16" and 10.5" for the time being.

I hope this changes eventually. Since I have to pin the muzzle device either way in nj I want a 14.5. I guess I can always have it sent out to get cut down but a factory option would be better

I managed to find a Noveske 14.5" stainless LW barrel at a LGS and was very surprised they even had it. I had been looking for some time.

Noveske is temporarily not accepting new orders for 14.5" uppers, as well as other lengths. They are still fulfilling existing orders, so if your dealer submitted an order before the halt, they will still get that order. I received a few last week and expect some next week, and still expect a fair amount in the hopefully not too distant future. Just about every single Noveske 14.5" upper I have on order is already claimed, so if you are searching for one, I suggest calling or emailing some of the dealers listed on Noveske's website to see if you can reserve one.

14.5" Noveske barrels can still be ordered, so if you want to go the build it yourself route, the barrel should be relatively easy to come by...at least easier.
