Want to rent office or shop space for gunsmithing business near Chicago

I am looking to rent office space in a gun friendly town such as Des plaines or Wheeling Illinois to expand my gunsmithing business. Land Lord must give approval to the ATF so I can get my Federal Firearms License.

In addition to the rent I'll give you all your shooting gear at wholesale cost.

Bump 'cause I am still looking.

I found some spaces 1,000 sq ft but I am really looking to keep my budget around $500 or $600 a month at about a buck a sq. ft. Remember I'll also give you all your shooting gear and guns and ammo at wholesale cost.
