Glock Gen 4 stippling question

Do professional stipple jobs eliminate the multi back strap system? I don't seem to see many in the glock pic thread with a medium or large backstrap attached.

I'm just thinking out loud here.

Most of the pros are doing it without stippling the lines so you can add the backstrap. I did my own and just tape off the mounting cutouts and be very careful along the edge, then add the backstrap you use and stipple that.
