How many clicks past 6/3 should standard sights bottom out?

Are standard sights supposed to bottom out at 6/3, 1 click past, or 2 clicks past? None of mine bottom out at the same rate because I haphazardly readjusted them after trying to modify them for the RIBZ. I'd like to return them to original condition but I'm not sure which would be correct. Please advise.
