Ya know, beneath all that craftsmanship and gunsmithing skill, ya got a real mean streak. :)
Outstanding work and a joy to admire.

Chuck:
What's up with the rails on that 1911 in the last pic?
Also: do you think that checking for extractor clocking is a good reason to serrate the rear of the slide?

Just stunning work.
Some day, some day I will have the funds for you to build me one of your guns. I don't want a Wilson, Night Hawk, Les Bauer or any or makers gun. I want a Rogers Precision gun.
Some day that dream will become true.
Thanks guys!
"What's up with the rails on that 1911 in the last pic?"
Sand cuts.
"Also: do you think that checking for extractor clocking is a good reason to serrate the rear of the slide?'
LOL! No.
Those are two of the nicest pistols I have ever laid eyes on. Superb!
chuck works his magic twice again ;) can't wait to shoot that gun. Your the man

Ah, as the proud recipient of a LTW raffle gun, I have a case of deja vu. Chuck, love your work, both the practical and aesthetic components.

Lol. Didn't think so.
And I thought those were sand cuts, but I wasn't sure. Do you think that they provide a tangible benefit?
I need both of these 1911's. They are works of art.

Lucky dog! That is a fine pistol. You have quite the stable.
Looking forward to a range report
no stable is complete without a rogers gun, just wouldn't be right.
not that i consider my stable complete yet... not by any means
