I couldn't find an exact answer to this. Does the vickings tactical light mount fit the surefire m300a mini scout? The diameter seems to be correct but I wanted to make sure and see if anyone is running this combination with no issues. Thanks so much guys.

No.
M300 has it's own picatinny mount.
Can be changed out, but it does not use a ring type mount.

I'm wanting a offset 10:30 position mount for this light. Any recommendations? best bang for the buck?
Other than surefire's mount of course.

I have a Gear Sector mount on all 3 of my Surefire M's (2 300s and 1 600)

Good to go.
