The rear sights on my PM9 drifted significantly to the right over time so I contacted Customer Service about getting a tool to push them. So on a summer Sunday afternoon, I got an email back saying they recommend sending it in and they'd use their press to fix it at no charge. Awesome. I sent it in and it arrived this passed Monday. Today, FedEx comes knocking. Sights fixed, free, back in service in less than a week.
