Weapon Light w/ Remote Battery compartment

I was wondering if anyone made a weapon light that is mounted near the muzzle of a rifle, like a traditionally mounted light, with a remote battery compartment somewhere aft/further back maybe near the buttstock? I was curious about keeping the barrel light....weight and having a powerful light too. If you've seen one would you point me in the right direction to find one?

Not gonna find it bud. Wilcox Industries has a rail and a vertical grip that is a power source for accessories but it is uber expensive and may not be available for civilian purchase. Not really sure and haven't looked into it for quite some time. Best way to keep your rifle light is to buy a Scout 300 or an X300. The regular scout is fine but if you are splitting hairs it is longer than a M300 or X300 which puts weight further forward. Buying a shorter rail will also keep the weight more centered and help to better balance the rifle.
