Being a fellow solider in the AF, I ask you to pray for the family. Most people don't know we are in combat in the Air Force, but we are. Please pray for the family.
I will have my fiance and her family pray at church on Sundays. I'm just not so good at it myself. Sorry.
Airman dies supporting Operation Enduring Freedom
8/22/2006 - SAN ANTONIO (AFPN) -- An Air Force combat controller from Hurlburt Field Fla., died Aug. 19 when his vehicle came under hostile fire in Afghanistan's Uruzgan Province.
Senior Airman Adam P. Servais, 23, of Onalaska, Wis., was assigned to the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron at Hurlburt Field. He deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
A memorial service is being planned for Aug. 25 at Hurlburt Field.
I'll pray for him and his family. RIP Airman Servais.
