High/low power setting on LDI OTAL

I purchased an ir laser to use with my pvs14 and it has a lot of bloom on anything less than 200 yds. I was reading that it has a high low power setting but can someone explain how to turn it on the low setting. The manual doesn't say how to.

I looked at the maunal and my laser is P/N 19217. It is the OTAL Classic IR laser. I read that these laser that are manufactured after February 2013 have the high/low capability. the manufacturer date of mine is June '13.

Anyone know any more about these lasers and how the high low setting works?

I thought only the DBAL had hi/lo.

If yours doesn't, then TNVC sells Neutral Density Filters that will reduce the blooming of your laser.
