Magpul Rifle Length MOE modified for FSP?

I've done a bunch of searching but could've sworn I saw a guy modify his magpul moe rifle length handguard to fit a standard carbine length gas system with an FSP cutout.

Can anyone find a link or do I need to get more sleep at night?

MOE uses the handguard cap behind the FSB. how would he secure something that doesn't engage this?..

Right. I do believe he had a solution for this as well.
