ciener kit: Where can I get one?

Does anybody have a source for ciener kits that has them in stock? Brownells even is listing them as severely backordered, apparently it may not be until the end of the year until they get them in. Sorry if this is a bit off topic.

I see them on the EE over at TOS quite frequently. Brownell's would be my other try.
