The monster was a jailer for ten years but couldn't stand being jailed himself. May the Lord be with his victims as I imagine this will cause a stir of emotions in them.

I am not one to start down the whole "good riddance, may he rot in Hell" path, but at the same time, this does lend a certain amount of closure to his victims that they would not have had otherwise. Can't really find much to mourn in that.

It's outstanding, really. I understand the desire to see him serve out his sentence, but this is the desired end result regardless. Closure to the victims, savings to the taxpayers and an earlier start to his next round of punishment that will make the first seem like a vacation.
Triple win in my book.

With his hands tied behind his back... I'm just kidding, but it reminds me of the Chinese chemical plant managers who screw up and end up shooting themselves in the head, twice.
I wish more of these losers would follow his lead. Now if we could only get them to do it before they commit their crimes...
