Night Vision Advice Needed

Hey Guys,
I'm buying Night Vision soon. I'm looking for PVS-14/MUM style monocular.
My questions are:
-Who makes the best(and reasons)?
-Who sells them?

I prefer it to come with the issue style kit. Any other advice would be most helpful especially if there is a new product I am unaware of in the same price range.
I've used 14's in the military- but not sure who made them.

Dave,

ITT and Northrop are the major players in the NV market for the PVS-14's and MUM systems. Who makes the best is a tough call and the body housings themselves lend to what your requirements are. I find the PVS-14 system the most versatile for weapon and lens mounting solutions.

Your military 14's we're most likely ITT units. Hope this helps.
