1911 Springfield Armory 45ACP Longslide

This pistol was fired about 100 times and turned over to a gunsmith for a complete makeover. The flash chromed external controls were replaced with Stainless Steel models. The insides were smoothed and the working parts were replaced using Ed Brown SS Tool Steel parts. The hammer is a SS Caspian rowel design Thes parts were professionally fitted resulting in a very smooth action with a 3#-4# crisp trigger. The outside was media blasted and the slide flats were polished. The front sight was replaced with a green fiber optic Hi-Viz and the standard rear sight was reused. The pistol was then fired a hundred more times as a function check. The custom grips in the pictures do not sell with the pistol.
