Looking for a new or like new SCAR 17 in Black or fde.

They seem to be nowhere. See a couple dealers on gunsamerica and armslist, but any m4carbine vendors?

Not sure about m4carbine vendors, but you can always try gunbroker. I've been watching their prices there for a while. Some are outrageous, others are more reasonable.

FDE typically seems to command a higher prices, but I've seen black ones in the $2,800 range (though I have not checked since before the shooting at the naval base, they could be up again).
