I doubt it, but hell I don't know. I would think that he'd be more discrete if he was working on behalf of the govt, and not posting youtube videos. Doing that kind of thing has the potential to go very wrong, and sort of goes against the whole plausible deniability thing. Of course I could be wrong, as I have no experience in these matters, but that's my initial reaction.

Meh, while nothing is impossible, if this dude was on the clock I do not think that he would get charged or do an interview.
